We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing Business

Development team in the software industry. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone

looking to start a career in business development, sales, or IT consulting. We’re seeking a

self-starter with a positive attitude who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships,

and is interested in a long-term career with strong growth opportunities.

In this role, you’ll receive training and mentorship while learning how to identify business

opportunities, support client outreach, and contribute to company growth.


Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for consultants, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive experience and retention.
  • Drive engagement initiatives (events, check-ins, milestone celebrations) to maintain strong consultant relationships.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through consultant networks, referrals, and local connections.
  • Initiate conversations with potential clients through email, phone, and networking, whilesupporting lead qualification, and assist in converting opportunities into business.
  • Represent the company at local networking events, meetups, and professional gatherings to expand reach.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with potential clients and partners to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
  • Assist in organizing client meetings, networking sessions, and engagement activities while ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Maintain calendars for key engagement activities, including U.S. holidays and important touchpoints.
  • Track and share weekly reports on engagement efforts, leads, and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Operations teams to align relationship-building efforts with business goals.


Qualifications


  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 0–1 year of experience (Internships or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing, professional, and confident personality
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting in professional environments
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Interest in sales, business development, or IT is a plus
  • Prior experience is preferred, but not required—we will train the right candidate.
