Job Overview:
We're helping our client, a fast-scaling, $10M/yr supplement manufacturer, find a Head of Paid Acquisition who can personally fix, scale, and eventually build an elite performance marketing team.
This is a player–coach role for the first 6–12 months. You will spend most of your time inside the platforms not making decks. The focus is immediate profitability improvements, deep technical execution, and building the path to scalable, profitable growth.
The ideal candidate is an athlete, lives the lifestyle, and has already taken brands from $5–10M → $30M+, driving $500k–$2M/month profitable spend across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
First 90 Days - Prove You Belong:
Execute full audit of Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon accounts
Implement immediate profitability fixes (+ account cleanup)
Launch new account structure, creative strategy, and bidding logic showing clear ROAS lift
Build a 30/60/90-day scaling roadmap to reach $1.5–2M/month profitable spend
Begin hiring pipeline for your first platform specialist (Amazon or Meta)
Ongoing:
Own 100% of the Paid Acquisition P&L
Personally run the majority of spend until dedicated buyers are hired
Hire, train, and manage a team of 2–3 senior platform leads as spend scales
Hit or beat monthly profit targets (profit-share tied to incremental profit)
Collaborate with leadership to identify growth levers, creative opportunities, and efficiency gaps
