What We’re Looking For

4–7 years in B2B marketing

You’ve owned campaigns, not just contributed to them

Strong writer—clear, concise, and conversion-focused

Hands-on with HubSpot or similar tools

High agency—you don’t wait for instructions

Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, low-structure environment

Output: how much you ship

Quality: how well it performs

Ownership: how independently you operate
