Responsibilities
As an Account Executive at iHeart, you will learn the ins and outs of our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products, identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings with clients and research, perform consistent daily cold‑calling, and cultivate existing business using our full suite of products. You will collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and use your storytelling skills to deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data to best meet your clients' expectations.
Qualifications
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, proactive attitude.
Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Comfortable with cold‑calling and initiating outreach to prospective clients.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a
High School Diploma
(College degree preferred).
Skilled in
Salesforce , Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
Strong problem‑solving skills.
Digital/Media Sales
experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to organize and prioritize day‑to‑day activities.
Experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns, analytics, audio advertising background, and being well‑connected in the market.
Respect for others.
Confidence to prospect and build rapport with customers.
Knowledge of the media industry and related sales processes.
Desire to broaden sales capabilities and knowledge base.
Accountability and ability to guide new team members.
Ability to build a territory plan or account approach.
Objective judgement and prior experience solving business problems.
Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable applying active listening and influencing skills.
Understanding of the impact of your own efforts to meet sales quotas.

Week 1:
