RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help identify, implement and optimize marketing strategies that align with business objectives, delivered on time and on budget
Support continuous sharing and learning around key insights related to the industry and competitors
Partner with internal teams including but not limited to Digital Media, Performance Marketing, Direct Marketing, Digital Product, Portfolio and Delivery Management, etc. to deliver fully integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including asset development for national and local marketing materials, email, social media, digital media, etc.
Present aspects of annual marketing plan, campaign performance updates, etc. to business operations leadership and marketing leadership teams
Act as single point of contact for field operating groups by assisting with development of local marketing materials and providing best practice recommendations for execution of local marketing campaigns
Develop and distribute monthly marketing results highlighting key performance/results
Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree required; Marketing, Advertising, or Communications (preferred)
4+ years of relevant marketing/advertising or operational experience or a combination of both
4+ years of customer service experience
Experience with creative development and/or copy writing skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe
Understanding of the campaign briefing process in marketing
Basic understanding of marketing analytics and tying to web analytics
Ability to write marketing briefs
Comfortability working with adobe analytics or google analytics
Understand process of an annual marketing plan
Proficient with professional communication
Comfortable with verbal and written communication with executive level participants
Professional, natural self-starter
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
