Blending automotive culture, luxury, design, commerce, and live experiences, Rtromobile New York is set to become a major new destination for collectors, enthusiasts, brands, and industry leaders.About the roleRtromobile New York is seeking a Sales Account Executive to support exhibitor and partner sales for the inaugural 2026 edition.This is a junior-to-intermediate commercial role for someone who is both polished and hungry: able to prospect, pitch, follow up, and close, while also maintaining strong CRM discipline and sales organization. The role will include active outreach to potential exhibitors and partners, pitching booth opportunities and participation packages, supporting proposals and negotiations, and helping convert leads into signed business.This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded candidate who wants direct exposure to a premium international launch in the worlds of collector cars, luxury, culture, and live events.Key responsibilitiesProspect and outreach to potential exhibitors, sponsors, and commercial partnersPitch Rtromobile New York to prospective clients and actively sell booth space and participation opportunitiesBuild and manage relationships with exhibitors throughout the sales cycleConduct follow-up calls, meetings, and presentations with prospective clientsHelp prepare proposals, sales materials, prospect lists, and meeting recapsMaintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including contacts, companies, deal stages, notes, and next stepsSupport pipeline management, reporting, and sales forecastingCoordinate internally on floorplan availability, inventory updates, and client needsAssist with contract follow-up, deposit reminders, and general sales administrationRepresent the event at industry meetings and during event week as neededProfile13 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, partnerships, or commercial coordinationComfortable pitching, presenting, and sellingStrong communication and follow-up skillsOrganized, persistent, and results-orientedExperience with CRM tools; HubSpot strongly preferredInterest in automotive, automobilia, luxury, events, or collector communities is a plusExisting industry connections are a plus, but not requiredComfortable working in a fast-paced startup-style environmentMust be authorized to work in the U.S.
