Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Requirements

Valid Texas Property & Casualty License (Required)

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in insurance sales.

Demonstrated success in generating new business and retaining clients.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in agency management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

A self-starter attitude with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand our client base.

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and solutions for their insurance needs.

Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.

Analyze client risks and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage.

Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
