Director, Programmatic Media (Sales & Growth Lead)

The Director, Programmatic Media (Sales & Growth Lead) is responsible for building strong client partnerships. They will accelerate revenue expansion and provide outstanding client experiences across Epsilon's media and retail media practices. They will also support data and technology initiatives. This role requires a strategic problem solver with outstanding business insight. Strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering effective solutions that exceed client expectations are essential.
Located in the Chicago or New York City areas.
Responsibilities:
Increased client revenue: Forge strategic partnerships that result in significant revenue growth across Epsilon data, tech and media.
Enhanced client satisfaction: Develop tailored approaches that clearly address client challenges and produce quantifiable outcomes.
Strong client relationships: Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers across client organizations.
High-performing team: Cultivate a collaborative and focused team that consistently delivers outstanding client service.
Cross-functional alignment: Drive cross-functional collaboration to develop and deliver solutions that leverage data, technology, and media to achieve company goals.

Qualifications:
7+ years of professional experience in sales and marketing with demonstrated success in client management.
Proven track record managing $5-10MM+ revenue portfolios and delivering on growth.
Deep programmatic media expertise across the full funnel of media capabilities.
A strategic problem solver who can translate client objectives into actionable plans, harnessing the full potential of Epsilon's data and tech initiatives.
A consultative seller with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, encouraging positive relationships across all organizational levels.
A data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of marketing program building, execution, and measurement.
An adept negotiator skilled at securing mutually beneficial outcomes.
A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach, readily identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
Base Salary: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
