Job Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Founding Account Executive to drive business growth and lead our sales team in the digital marketing and home service industry.
We are a fast growing digital marketing agency searching for a driven sales professional who wants to start and grow our sales department.
A majority of your time will be spent closing inbound appointments. However we are looking for someone who wants the opportunity to do more than that. We want someone who can creatively create opportunities on their own, wants to build a team, and potentially build out a sales service within our company.

Compensation Structure
OTE: $8,000 - $13,500 USD+
Base: $3,000
Key Responsibilities
Manage full cycle sales process from lead generation to closing
Close inbound leads
Prospecting and generating leads (200 Calls a week)
Implement and optimize CRM systems
Generate innovative lead acquisition strategies in the home service sector
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications
Extensive experience with full cycle sales process
Strong digital marketing background
Demonstrated success in closing sales and hitting quotas
Expertise in CRM implementation and management
Ability to prospect and close deals in home service industry
Lead Generation Expectations
Creative lead generation approaches specific to home service industry, including:
Strategic digital marketing campaigns
Referral network development
Strategic partnerships
Targeted social media outreach
Innovative networking strategies
