Roles & Responsibilities

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.

· Workday Extend expertise: Hands-on experience in Workday Extend App development using Workday Cloud platform. Build and deploy custom applications(UI + business logic) within Workday. Strong knowledge of Extend Frameworks, reusable components, and UI design patterns. Experience with REST APIs, Workday APIs and external service integrations.
· Workday Orchestrate (Workflow Automation): Design and implement complex workflows using Workday Orchestrate. Automate cross-functional processes involving HCM, Finance, and external systems. Configure event-driven orchestration and conditional logic flows. Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and error handling
· Integration & API Management: Develop and manage API-based Integrations with experience in middleware integrations (MuleSoft). Ensure secure authentication (OAuth2, certificates) and API governance. Monitor and troubleshoot integration and orchestration failures.
· Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Extend apps and Orchestration. Optimize API calls, data payloads, and execution time. Implement efficient error handling and retry mechanisms.
· Security & Governance: Configure role-based security for extend apps and orchestration. Ensure compliance with Workday security and data privacy standards.
· Nice to have Workday Extend / Integration certifications · Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control
· Exposure to Agile/ Scrum methodologies
