Job Description
We are seeking highly-motivated insurance producers for an exciting insurance sales opportunity. As a licensed dealership agent, you will be handed customers of the car dealership to discuss their insurance needs as they are purchasing a car, or servicing their car. Additional marketing strategies keep you busy quoting and selling. No more cold calling insurance leads, this opportunity is great for closers! 4-day work week!

Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.

Process customer policy change requests.

Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.

Take premium payments from customers.

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Return all phone messages promptly.

Generating insurance quotes.

Be outstanding at relationship building.

Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.

Requirements
A Property & Casualty license is preferred but not required.

Successful sales background.

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coach-able.

Must be highly self-motivated.

A terrific presenter and communicator, and a relentless closer.

Career minded vision.

Problem-Solving Capabilities.

Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
