Senior Sales & Engagement Manager - Raymond James Stadium

The Senior Sales & Engagement Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth while enhancing client relationships and overall guest engagement within premium hospitality spaces. This role leads sales strategy, manages key accounts, and ensures a high-touch, personalized experience for clients from initial inquiry through event execution and renewal.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive premium revenue across suites, catering, and special events

Identify new business opportunities, upsell opportunities, and revenue streams within existing accounts

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal development to closing and post-event follow-up

Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targets

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for premium clients, suite holders, and VIP stakeholders

Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive retention and renewals

Conduct regular outreach, including pre-event planning and post-event follow-ups

Anticipate client needs and deliver customized, high-end hospitality experiences

Engagement & Experience

Develop creative engagement strategies to elevate the premium guest experience

Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to enhance offerings, activations, and presentation

Lead initiatives such as gifting programs, themed experiences, and in-suite enhancements

Ensure consistent, high-quality communication with clients regarding menus, deadlines, and event details

Event Planning & Execution

Partner with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of all premium events

Review and finalize BEOs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations

Be present on event days to support high-profile clients and ensure service excellence

Address and resolve any client concerns in real time

Leadership & Collaboration

Mentor and support sales coordinators and premium managers, providing guidance on best practices

Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Culinary, Finance, and Marketing teams

Align sales efforts with operational capabilities to ensure successful execution

Financial & Administrative Responsibilities

Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and client engagement metrics

Support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes

Ensure all contracts, invoices, and payments are completed accurately and timely
