Sodexo InReach is seeking an analytical and proactive
Market Research Analyst
to support our vending and food service operations in a
fully remote capacity within the Central Time Zone . In this role, you will manage pricing plans, analyze product performance, and make strategic recommendations that directly shape what customers can order and at what price. What You’ll Do
Manage and maintain the client pricing plan, including product assortment updates and pricing adjustments
Monitor product performance using Power BI and Cantaloupe Seed; provide data‑driven recommendations to improve sales and reduce waste
Coordinate product swaps and communicate assortment changes to internal stakeholders
Analyze underperforming items and advocate for client needs based on performance insights
Collaborate closely with Purchasing Specialists and Order Fulfillment Supervisors to align on product availability
Communicate effectively with a remote team, maintaining attention to detail across all systems and workflows

What You Bring
Market Research Analyst or related experience in retail, food service, or category management
Proficiency with Power BI or similar analytics platforms; experience with Cantaloupe Seed or comparable warehouse management systems a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make actionable recommendations
Experience with pricing strategy or product lifecycle management preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working independently on a remote team
Highly detail‑oriented with demonstrated ability to manage multiple systems and priorities simultaneously
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement – Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Location: Remote – Central Time Zone.
Posted Range: $56,270 to $87,230.
