Sales Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Account Manager to manage and grow our strategic relationship with Apple. This role requires a mix of client relationship management, sales growth, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Apple, ensuring alignment with their business priorities and driving revenue growth through effective account management.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Apple client relationship: Act as the trusted partner for Apple, managing day-to-day communication and strategic alignment.
Develop and execute account plans: Build and implement a comprehensive sales/account strategy tailored to Apple’s business objectives.
Revenue Growth: Drive new opportunities, upselling and cross-selling solutions/services, and ensuring achievement of sales and revenue targets.
Pipeline Management: Track opportunities through CRM, provide accurate forecasting, and ensure timely closure of deals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure Apple receives best-in-class service and solutions.
Market & Competitive Insights: Stay updated on Apple’s ecosystem, competitors, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Client Success: Ensure customer satisfaction, handle escalations, and drive long-term partnership value.
Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, preferably managing large/strategic global accounts.
Understanding of Apple’s ecosystem is a must
Revenue growth and quota attainment from Apple account.
Depth of relationship across Apple stakeholders (operational and executive levels).
Expansion into new Apple business units, geographies, or product lines.
Accurate forecasting and healthy pipeline management.
Customer satisfaction scores and retention.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas with Fortune 500 clients.
Experience in technology, IT services, or digital solutions sales is highly desirable.
Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and build executive-level relationships.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
