Job Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled and team‑oriented applicant for the **Program Coordinator** position within the Addiction Studies Program of the School of Social Work. Under general direction, the Program Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, technical, and programmatic support to the Addiction Studies programs. This position serves as a central point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and external partners, coordinating student practicum and internship processes, admissions support, advising, faculty support, special projects, events, and day‑to‑day program operations. The Program Coordinator works closely with Program Director(s) to ensure smooth implementation, compliance, communication, and student success across all program areas.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative, technical, and programmatic support to the Addiction Studies programs.

Serve as the central point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and external partners.

Coordinate student practicum and internship processes, admissions support, advising, faculty support, special projects, events, and day‑to‑day program operations.

Work closely with Program Director(s) to ensure smooth implementation, compliance, communication, and student success across all program areas.
