Position Summary
The Promotions Coordinator supports the Marketing Director in executing and managing promotional campaigns, events, and in‑store marketing initiatives. This is a highly logistical, detail‑driven, and hands‑on role, requiring time in‑store to set up signage, adjust displays, and ensure promotions are executed accurately and consistently. Success in this role requires strong organization, clear communication, follow‑through, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts without missing details. The right candidate brings energy, takes initiative, and is comfortable working and communicating across teams to keep projects moving forward. This is a part‑time position with hours that vary based on national and local promotions, events, and project timelines set by Ace Corporate and TNT Ace. Flexibility is essential, and occasional evenings or weekends may be required.

Primary Responsibilities

Execute all in‑store promotions from start to finish, including organizing, distributing, installing, and removing promotional materials such as price cards, posters, bag stuffers, endcap signs, and in‑store content as directed by the Marketing Director.

Conduct regular in‑store walk‑throughs to ensure promotions are properly executed; identify and correct inaccuracies, respond to staff questions, and communicate updates or product needs.

Communicate promotion details and changes clearly to store teams, answer questions, and follow up to ensure tasks are completed accurately and consistently.

Ensure all signage, tags, and displays are aligned, evenly spaced, and presented in a clean, professional manner that reflects TNT Ace standards.

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing promotions and store events, including setup and teardown.

Maintain accurate inventories of marketing materials, signage, and event supplies.

Ensure all promotions, pricing, and coupons are entered into systems accurately and on time.

Create, test, and distribute clear promotional instructions and guides for store staff.

Pull reports, track performance metrics, and compile data for the Marketing Director.

Manage and update email lists, customer rewards program data, and other campaign‑related information.

Track marketing budgets, monitor expenses, and provide co‑op support including claims submission, deadlines, and compliance requirements.

Ensure product information is accurate and up to date through product sync processes.

Secondary Responsibilities (Creative Support)

Assist with simple, in‑the‑moment content (photos, short videos, social clips).

Support signage and visual presentation as needed.

Requirements & Skills

Proven experience in marketing, promotions, or administrative coordination (retail or related industry).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is a plus.

Detail‑oriented and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and a high level of visual accuracy.

Comfortable working hands‑on in a retail environment.

Schedule & Availability
This is a part‑time position with hours that vary based on promotions and events. Flexibility is required, including some evenings and weekends.
