Enterprise GTM Manager

PulsePoint, Washington, District of Columbia, United States

Salary min: $125,000.00

Salary max: $140,000.00

Enterprise GTM Manager

Medscape, PulsePoint, and WebMD collectively represent the world's largest health marketing ecosystem for pharmaceutical marketers. Our capabilities span marketing to both doctors and patients across every addressable channel — programmatic display, video, CTV, audio, social, search, EHR, and endemic — all powered by PulsePoint's purpose-built healthcare DSP. The Enterprise GTM Manager focuses on translating that breadth into a clear, compelling, and differentiated story that our sales and account teams can take to market. This is a connective tissue role — sitting between product, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure that as our integrated product offering evolves, our ability to articulate it keeps pace. You will own how we talk about what we do at the enterprise level: shaping the narrative, enabling the teams who deliver it, and informing the product strategy that drives what comes next. This role is not about selling directly — it's about making everyone who does sell sharper, more confident, and more consistent in how they represent Medscape, PulsePoint, and WebMD as a unified platform. You'll synthesize complex product capabilities — Audience Manager, Direct Match, Adaptive Optimization, Moments, Signal, and more — into cohesive stories that land with sophisticated pharma agencies and brand buyers. You'll build the training, the materials, and the competitive intelligence that turn product features into revenue conversations. And you'll work closely with product management to ensure our roadmap reflects what we're hearing in the market.
Responsibilities
Supporting the development of core sales and content narratives
Applying those themes to client-specific pitches and workshops
Researching and proposing new themes
Working with B2B and content marketing to reflect in our general market positioning
Identifying new case study opportunities and working across data science, product marketing and sales to produce
Leading pitches to clients when necessary, directly with clients
Synthesizing all the various product features into a cohesive story that can then be customized for the enterprise clients.
Enablement of Our Teams
Develop and deliver training content—in partnership with Sales Enablement—to train across the sales/account leads, so that 1) they understand the global integrated product offering, 2) properly articulate the narrative and answer questions about the offering
Provide ongoing support to sales/account leads on live opportunities and testing, helping them communicate effectively with clients on closed and open beta test of new integrated products
Developing
Develop market and competitive analyses to support iteration on our investment and product strategy
Develop product strategy briefs and socialize with product management teams
Partner with product management to ensure alignment of development to our goals
Requirements

5+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or consulting within healthcare, pharma, or ad tech — ideally at a DSP, health media company, or agency holding company
Extremely comfortable using AI platforms
Deep understanding of the media ecosystem — how agencies plan and buy, how brands evaluate technology partners
Demonstrated ability to translate complex, technical product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with non-technical commercial audiences
Experience building sales enablement content — pitch decks, battle cards, training programs, competitive briefs — that sellers actually use
Strong competitive intelligence instincts — able to track market shifts, synthesize what competitors are doing, and turn that into actionable recommendations for product and sales teams
Comfortable working cross-functionally across product, marketing, sales, and data science — this role lives at the intersection of all four
Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you'll be writing narratives, leading trainings, and occasionally presenting directly to clients
Self-directed and proactive — this role requires someone who can identify what's needed before being asked and build it without heavy oversight

401(k) Match
Generous paid vacation and sick time
Paid parental leave & adoption assistance
