Position – AOG Technician (GA / Turboprop Aircraft)
The AOG Technician is responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft in an Aircraft on Ground (AOG) environment. This role focuses on general aviation and turboprop aircraft, requiring strong troubleshooting skills, independence, and the ability to respond quickly to unscheduled maintenance events.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to AOG situations and perform on-site aircraft maintenance and repairs
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical discrepancies and determine corrective actions
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations
Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and engineering documents
Remove and replace aircraft components as required
Ensure accurate documentation of all maintenance performed
Work independently in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
Maintain communication with maintenance control and operations teams
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Other duties as assigned

Summary of Education, Experience & Certification
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience required
Experience on general aviation and/or turboprop aircraft required
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license required
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong knowledge of GA and turboprop aircraft systems
Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and technical documentation
Experience performing inspections, repairs, and modifications
Ability to work independently in AOG or field maintenance environments
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Ability to travel as required for AOG assignments
Must provide own tools
Ability to lift, stand, and work in various physical positions throughout the shift
