Job Description:
The Producer / Onsite Lead is responsible for executing a high-profile hospitality experience, ensuring seamless onsite operations, vendor coordination, and exceptional guest experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead onsite event execution for a hospitality suite tied to a major global sporting event
Manage vendor load-in, setup, and breakdown logistics
Oversee venue setup including signage, merchandise, and beverage stations
Act as primary onsite point of contact for vendors and stakeholders
Execute run-of-show (ROS) in coordination with internal teams
Monitor inventory and replenish hospitality materials as needed
Support talent coordination, scheduling, and onsite needs
Ensure high-quality guest experience and brand representation
Handle post-event wrap-up and assist with financial reconciliation

Requirements:
Must-Haves:

2-7 years of experience as a Producer or Event Producer
Prior experience as an onsite lead for live events
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable in a highly client-facing, public environment
Full availability June-July (onsite up to 40 hours/week)
Experience working with experiential or event marketing agencies
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with hospitality suites or large-scale sporting events
Background supporting high-profile or brand-driven activations
Experience managing talent or entertainment logistics
