The Opportunity
We are looking for an Account Manager, Client Leadership, to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of luxury engagement. This role is crafted for a strategic thinker who believes data should inform creativity—not limit it. You\u2019ll be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, driving integrated marketing initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution across teams. You\u2019ll work alongside passionate strategists, creatives, and data specialists to deliver campaigns that are as effective as they are elegant.
What You\u2019ll Do
Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships
Manage and execute integrated marketing and communications programs from concept through delivery
Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, creative, production, and media teams to ensure alignment and quality output
Develop timelines, manage budgets, and oversee project workflows to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
Support senior leadership in developing client strategies, presentations, and growth opportunities
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
Ensure all client communications, deliverables, and reporting are accurate and delivered on time
Who You Are
2+ years of agency-side account management experience, ideally with automotive clients
Strong understanding of integrated marketing, branding, and communications strategies
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
