Scion Staffing is seeking a Manager, Social Media to lead the strategy and execution of social media initiatives for a growing consumer-focused organization. This hybrid position based in Monroe, CT, includes 100% onsite work for the first 90 days before transitioning to a 3 days onsite and 2 days remote schedule. Key responsibilities include implementing social media strategies, managing daily activities across platforms, and fostering community engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience with organic and paid campaigns, strong platform knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Salary range is $100,000 – $110,000 with full benefits.
