Role Overview
Own the end-to-end marketing campaigns engine—strategy, creative requests, execution, measurement, and iteration—to generate quality discovery calls for Sales. You'll lead a two-person pod, coordinate with the Design team for social/video/reels/landing assets, and ensure rigorous attribution and reporting via in-house platform.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Planning
Design and manage multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn outreach + ads, email funnels & nurture, landing pages, partnerships)
Define ICPs, offers, messaging maps, and experiment/test hypotheses
Execution & Systems
Launch and oversee LinkedIn sequences and GoHighLevel automations
Maintain organized UTMs, campaign taxonomy & tracking
Ensure seamless lead handoff into our in-house app / CRM
Creative Collaboration
Lead creative briefs and SLAs with Design (social posts, reels, carousels, landing page blocks)
Review assets to ensure message-market fit, brand consistency, and compliance
Uphold our brand pillars, style, and voice
Proposals & Reporting
Create campaign proposals (goals, audience, offers, creative brief, budget)
Produce regular performance reports with insights and next-step recommendations
Optimization & Learning
Run A/B tests (hooks, offers, landing pages, sequences)
Capture learnings and build playbooks for continuous improvement
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Client Success to ensure clean handoffs, data integrity, and feedback loops
Be a communicator of wins, challenges, and insights
Key Outcomes
A steady cadence of qualified discovery calls (SQLs) delivered to Sales.
Efficient CPSQL, healthy reply rates (LinkedIn/email), strong landing-page conversion, and clean campaign attribution.
Clear proposals before launch and clear reports after launch.
Tools You May Use
LinkedHelper, GoHighLevel, In-house app (CRM/attribution/reporting), ChatGPT, 3CX, Basecamp, Google Workspace, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and others as needed.
Qualifications
3-6 years in B2B / SaaS / performance marketing roles
Direct experience managing LinkedIn outreach, email funnels, landing pages, automation (GoHighLevel or similar)
Proven track record in multi-channel campaigns & attribution
Strong skills in brief-writing, creative review, and campaign processes
Analytical mindset + comfort with data, dashboards, UTM tracking
Excellent communication skills (English + Filipino)
Ability to collaborate across teams & fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Fintech/payments or SaaS experience; familiarity with compliance-sensitive marketing.
Landing-page experimentation and funnel analytics depth.
