Marketing Associate, Social Media and Content
Future Days Entertainment is seeking a versatile, creative Marketing Associate, Social Media and Content to help drive social media growth and shape brand messaging. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you'll take a hands‑on role in developing, executing, and measuring content strategies that reflect the energy of our venues and connect with audiences across platforms. We're looking for a self‑starter who thrives in digital spaces and is passionate about stand‑up comedy. You'll have access to a rich archive of video and photos, live shows, and an engaged social audience. Graphic design experience is not required, but strong instincts for presenting content in a clear and compelling way will set you apart.
We are the fast‑growing, multifaceted entertainment organization behind New York Comedy Club, Atlantic City Comedy Club, Forza Management, Pinch Records, and Stand Up Tix. Our marketing and communications efforts focus on increasing ticket sales, boosting food and beverage revenue, and supporting growth across all our business ventures.
Responsibilities
Maintain and grow a dynamic, engaging presence across our social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging
Plan, schedule, and publish content across all platforms with a focus on timeliness, consistency, and clarity
Collaborate with designers to caption videos, organize assets, and manage editing and graphic design projects
Attend shows to capture behind‑the‑scenes content and develop a feel for what resonates with our audiences
Manage digital archive and work cross‑functionally with production, operations, and booking departments
Prepare monthly performance reports for social media
Work closely with marketing teammates and other departments to create and promote campaigns and creative assets that resonate across marketing and social media channels
Support broader marketing initiatives including email campaigns, paid advertising, content trafficking, project management, and performance tracking
Assist with special projects and other duties as needed
Qualifications
1–2 years of relevant marketing experience; background in New York's live entertainment or arts and culture scene preferred
Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube
Strong project management, calendar planning, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and succeed in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Enthusiasm for building efficient systems and collaborating with colleagues to learn and grow
Skills in graphic design, photo/video editing, copywriting, or proofreading are a plus
Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Ads Manager, Slack, Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, and online ticketing platforms is a plus
Compensation & Schedule
Full‑time salaried position, 40 hours per week, non‑exempt
Primarily in‑person in Long Island City, Queens (first subway stop from Manhattan); 4 days in‑person, 1 day remote
Weekday schedule is 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, with flexibility for evening and weekend posts and content capture at the clubs as work arises
