We’re looking for an experienced
AV & Digital Signage Engineer
to join a high-visibility, fast-paced environment supporting enterprise AV systems, large-scale displays, and live events. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in both technical execution and live production settings.
If you’ve worked with
complex or non-standard display environments
(think stadiums, airports, large venues, or custom installs), this is a great opportunity to step into a role where your work will be seen and experienced at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Design, implement, and support
video conferencing and AV systems
across meeting rooms and event spaces
Own and manage
digital signage platforms , ensuring performance, uptime, and content delivery
Support
in-person, virtual, and hybrid events , including executive meetings, town halls, and large-scale productions
Act as a subject matter expert across
Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and UC platforms
Manage
AV infrastructure, hardware, and integrations
(mics, DSPs, room systems, displays, etc.)
Troubleshoot AV and UC issues in real-time, ensuring a seamless end-user experience
Partner with vendors, integrators, and internal teams to deliver high-quality AV solutions
Bring modern capabilities into the environment, including
AI-powered meeting tools
(transcription, translation, automation)
Plan and execute
technology upgrades, refreshes, and lifecycle improvements
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in
enterprise AV, event technology, or unified communications
Strong experience supporting
complex display environments
(large-format, custom, or multi-display setups)
Hands-on expertise with
Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex , and conference room technologies
Experience working with
AV systems such as Crestron, DSPs, and integrated room solutions
Comfortable in
high-touch, fast-paced, and highly visible environments
Strong troubleshooting skills across
audio, video, networking, and hardware systems
Experience supporting
live events and executive-level meetings
Nice to Have:
CTS, AVIXA, or manufacturer certifications
Experience with
digital signage platforms
Exposure to
AI tools in AV or event environments
Background working in
large venues, stadiums, or enterprise environments with complex displays
