Brand Strategy & Experience Manager
Position Overview
The Brand Strategy & Experience Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand positioning, messaging, and overall customer experience across digital, physical, and sales channels. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain brand positioning, voice, and messaging
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, including digital platforms and sales materials
- Partner with sales teams to support go-to-market strategies and create presentations and messaging
- Develop and execute content strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Translate product offerings into clear, customer-focused narratives
- Guide visual direction and ensure cohesive brand expression
- Oversee website content and user experience
- Support events, activations, and brand experiences
- Manage and organize brand and product assets
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or related field
- Strong storytelling and communication skills (written and visual)
- Experience supporting sales and go-to-market initiatives
- Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally
- Self-starter with strong ownership and problem-solving skills
