Brand Strategy & Experience Manager

Position Overview

The Brand Strategy & Experience Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand positioning, messaging, and overall customer experience across digital, physical, and sales channels. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain brand positioning, voice, and messaging
  • Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, including digital platforms and sales materials
  • Partner with sales teams to support go-to-market strategies and create presentations and messaging
  • Develop and execute content strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Translate product offerings into clear, customer-focused narratives
  • Guide visual direction and ensure cohesive brand expression
  • Oversee website content and user experience
  • Support events, activations, and brand experiences
  • Manage and organize brand and product assets

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or related field
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills (written and visual)
  • Experience supporting sales and go-to-market initiatives
  • Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally
  • Self-starter with strong ownership and problem-solving skills
