We’re hiring a

Brand Manager

to drive growth for a portfolio of established food brands. This role blends

brand strategy, P&L management, innovation, and cross‑functional leadership , with hands‑on ownership from insight to in‑market execution.

What You’ll Do

Help set and execute

brand strategy

across positioning, portfolio, innovation, and activation

Manage the

brand P&L , including forecasting, pricing, trade spend, and margin performance

Use

consumer, financial, and market data

to identify growth opportunities

Lead

close‑in innovation and renovation

with R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations

Drive

portfolio optimization , including SKU rationalization and mix management

Execute

integrated marketing plans

across media, digital, shopper, and e‑commerce

Influence cross‑functional partners to deliver brand and financial results

What You Bring

5–7 years

of brand management or marketing experience (CPG preferred)

Strong financial, analytical, and project management skills

Ability to turn insights into action in a fast‑paced environment

Excellent communication and cross‑functional influence skillsSpanish language skills a plus
