Requirements

Be willing to obtain a

Texas Property and Casualty License and retain the license by meeting the continuing education requirements

Insurance experience is not required. Must be willing to learn and be coachable.

1+ years of prior sales experience

Ability to multitask and be adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines, and technology.

Get along with other employees and be a team player

Ability to work independently, be a self-starter with the motivation to reach and exceed goals

Responsibilities

Provide

exemplary service and educate & advise

clients on their policies

Prospect for new business

from referrals, networking, warm leads, and other lead sources.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and

close sales.

Build client relationships and maintain

client retention

and product loyalty

Meet sales goals and phone time

established by management
