Role Overview

This is not a traditional affiliate or partnerships role.

We're looking for a

builder

who can create culturally relevant collaborations, scale a high-performing creator and affiliate ecosystem, and turn content into a meaningful revenue channel.

You will own the intersection of:

Creator relationships
Brand collaborations
Affiliate growth
UGC and viral content systems
Whitelisting and paid amplification
You should be deeply connected, highly creative, and equally comfortable negotiating partnerships, briefing creators, jumping into a shoot, or launching a TikTok Live.

What You'll Own

1. Creator & Affiliate Ecosystem Growth

Build and scale a best-in-class affiliate and creator network (influencers, publishers, ambassadors, and emerging creators)
Recruit high-potential creators with strong conversion and content upside-not just reach
Develop tiered programs (affiliate, ambassador, creator-in-residence, etc.)
Turn creators into long-term brand partners vs. one-off posts
Build a repeatable system for sourcing, onboarding, and activating creators at scale
2. Cultural & Brand Partnerships (Collabs)

Identify and execute high-impact brand collaborations (beauty, wellness, travel, lifestyle, hospitality, etc.)
Develop partnerships that generate:

Revenue
Earned media
Viral/social moments

Lead end-to-end deal flow: sourcing ? pitching ? negotiation ? execution
Bring fresh, culturally relevant ideas that position Cariloha as a modern, conversation-driving brand
Build relationships with organizations (e.g., health, wellness, sustainability communities) to create meaningful campaigns
3. UGC, Whitelisting & Performance Content

Build a scalable UGC engine that feeds paid and organic channels
Source, brief, and direct creators for high-converting content
Partner closely with paid media to:

Launch and scale whitelisted ads
Identify winning creative and iterate quickly

Establish repeatable viral content formats across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
Continuously test hooks, angles, and storytelling frameworks
4. Campaign Partnerships & Cause Marketing

Lead partnership campaigns with aligned organizations (e.g., wellness, skin health, sustainability)
Create integrated campaigns that combine:

Creators
Content
Paid media
Brand storytelling

Ensure campaigns deliver both brand equity and measurable business results
5. Creator Commerce & Live Content

Support and help scale TikTok Lives and social commerce initiatives
Collaborate on production shoots, creator trips, and content days
Help concept, cast, and execute high-performing live and shoppable content
Stay hands-on in execution-not just strategy
6. Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner closely with:

Creative
Paid Media
E-commerce
Product/Marketing

Help shape campaign briefs and ensure creators are integrated from the start-not as an afterthought
Manage agencies, freelancers, and production partners as needed

A scaled, high-performing creator + affiliate ecosystem driving meaningful revenue
Consistent pipeline of viral, high-performing UGC and paid creative
Breakthrough brand collaborations that generate buzz and sales
Strong creator relationships that turn into repeat partnerships and brand advocates
Measurable growth in creator-driven revenue, CAC efficiency, and content output
Requirements

Who You Are

5+ years in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, brand collaborations, or creator commerce
Proven track record of building creator ecosystems or affiliate programs that drive revenue
Strong network of creators, agencies, and brand contacts
Deep understanding of what drives culture, virality, and consumer behavior today
Experience with UGC pipelines, whitelisting, and paid social creative
Comfortable being both strategic and highly hands-on
Strong negotiator with experience structuring partnership deals
Experience with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Highly organized, fast-moving, and execution-focused
Available to travel 30-40% of the time
