RedStream is seeking a Digital & ABM (Account-Based Marketing) Specialist to join our SAAS client’s team. This role will support the execution of digital marketing programs that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth across target accounts. This role will be responsible for ideating, managing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns, supporting integrated marketing initiatives, contributing to website updates and digital experiences, and developing written and visual assets in support of account-based marketing (ABM) programs.


The candidate will bring experience in B2B enterprise software marketing, strong platform expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, and a clear understanding of how modern digital marketing contributes to growth within complex buyer journeys and account-based programs. This individual should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across both strategic and executional aspects of digital and ABM.


What You'll Do


Paid Media & Campaign Management

  • Own the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and industry partner channels
  • Monitor performance against KPIs—inbound leads, engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution—and translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing across audiences, messaging, creative, and landing pages to improve ROI


ABM

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute integrated campaigns spanning paid media, email, content, and web for target accounts
  • Apply a strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys to ensure campaign strategy maps to the right audience at every stage
  • Help keep programs coordinated, on-brand, and on schedule across all channels


Web & Digital Experience

  • Support website updates, landing page builds, and broader digital experience improvements (Webflow experience preferred)
  • Apply modern SEO and AEO best practices to strengthen organic visibility and content performance


Creative & Content Production

  • Develop and adapt digital and campaign assets using modern marketing tools
  • Write sharp, on-brand copy for ads, landing pages, articles, emails, and other campaign touchpoints
  • Leverage AI tools (including Claude) to scale and streamline marketing outputs without sacrificing quality


What You Bring

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience in a B2B software environment
  • Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, you know these platforms deeply, not just at the surface
  • Strong grasp of multi-stakeholder ABM, B2B buyer journeys and how to build campaigns that support longer sales cycles
  • Excellent copywriting skills, you can write for performance and for brand
  • Solid analytical skills with a habit of turning metrics into decisions
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Schedule: Hybrid — 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
