Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our growing Sales & Marketing team. This is a hands-on role for a well-rounded marketing professional who enjoys working across digital marketing, content, events, and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update website content using WordPress
Support SEO and website optimization initiatives
Create and distribute email campaigns and newsletters (Constant Contact)
Manage social media content and scheduling
Assist with webinar coordination and marketing
Support conference and trade show logistics
Assist sales teams with proposals and RFP submissions
Create marketing materials and graphics using Canva
Qualifications
3–5 years of marketing experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Experience with digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media
Familiarity with WordPress and SEO fundamentals
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
