About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our Cincinnati, OH team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about event marketing, brand coordination, and supporting promotional campaigns that help drive successful corporate events and client engagement.

Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns for corporate events, exhibitions, and client promotions

Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and branded content

Help manage event schedules, promotional timelines, and campaign tracking

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent brand messaging

Assist with client communications and follow-up regarding event promotions

Qualifications
Minimum requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
