Overall Purpose
Design, develop, and implement launch strategies and marketing programs to effectively position products and services within the AT&T portfolio, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute GTM plans for new products, leveraging innovative techniques from startup environments while aligning with AT&T’s scale and compliance standards
Map out the customer journey to identify key touchpoints to improve overall experience and sales engagement
Market Research & Insights
Conduct deep market analysis to identify customer needs, competitive positioning, and emerging trends
Work with partners to execute continuous and iterative research to refine product positioning
Messaging & Positioning
Craft compelling product stories that differentiate AT&T’s offerings in the marketplace.
Ability to collaborate and partner with external and internal stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with product management, sales, operations teams and external business partners to ensure seamless product launches.
Performance Measurement
Establish/monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives
Define KPIs, track campaign performance, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Innovation Advocacy: Introduce and champion modern marketing tactics (growth hacking, rapid experimentation, influencer strategies) adapted for enterprise deployment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
5+ years in product marketing, with at least 2 years focused on launching new products
Proven experience applying startup-style marketing techniques in large organizations
Agency Partnership Management: Proven experience collaborating with external agencies to support hiring and marketing initiatives
Marketing Strategy & Tactics: Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, campaign execution, and audience targeting
Guerrilla & Local Marketing: Hands‑on experience with non-traditional marketing approaches, including local market activations
Event Marketing: Planned and executed events to drive awareness, engagement, and customer interest
Store & On‑Site Activations: Led in‑store and on‑location activations to increase visibility, traffic, and brand presence

Compensation and Benefits
Lead Product Marketing New Products earns between $143,800 - $215,800 USD annual. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
