Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Schertz, TX, for an Agency Producer. Responsibilities include prospecting and generating new business through outbound calls, email campaigns, and networking. The Agency Producer will identify customer needs, recommend tailored insurance solutions, process policies, and maintain strong client relationships. Additional duties involve policy follow-up, cross-selling, and ensuring regulatory compliance while meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

Sales and business development experience, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets

Relationship building, networking, and customer service skills

Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in data entry/software tools

Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and solve problems dynamically

Previous experience in insurance or a related field is a plus

Property & Casualty insurance license, or willingness to obtain one upon hiring
