Job Summary
The

Business Development Associate

is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth objectives. This role involves researching markets, generating leads, nurturing prospects, and collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct research to identify potential markets, industries, and clients; analyze trends and competitors to support strategic decision-making.
Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify new business leads through online research, cold calls, networking, and inbound inquiries.
Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients; ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Sales Support:

Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches; follow up on client communications and meetings.
Pipeline Management:

Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and business development activities.
Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
Reporting & Analysis:

Provide regular updates and performance reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (entry-level candidates may be considered).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Analytical mindset with a results-driven attitude.
Preferred Skills
Experience in telecommunication and IT.
Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation tools.
Multilingual abilities (optional).

Number of qualified leads generated.
Revenue or sales pipeline contribution.
Client acquisition and retention rates.
