Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Outbound Strategy
Build and execute targeted outbound campaigns using Salesforce and ZoomInfo
Develop multi-channel outreach strategies including email, phone, and digital marketing
Identify, segment, and prioritize high-value prospects and accounts
Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation and qualified opportunity creation
Manage lead flow, tracking, and reporting within Salesforce
Maintain data accuracy and hygiene across CRM platforms
Analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI
Build dashboards and reports to track pipeline and marketing impact
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to prospective customers
Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on defined criteria
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
Maintain accurate CRM records and meet activity metrics
Partner with sales to align messaging and improve lead quality
Support website optimization, landing pages, and lead capture strategies
Research new industries, markets, and buyer personas
Qualifications
5+ years of combined marketing and sales experience
Experience with ZoomInfo (strongly preferred)
Demonstrated success in outbound marketing and lead generationStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve performance
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and leadership teams
