JOB SUMMARY
This role involves defining and leading the post-authentication strategy for diverse customer product experiences, ensuring seamless integration with omnichannel plans, and delivering personalized communications to enhance customer engagement and conversion. The successful candidate will manage authentication for channel activation, spearhead material innovation, and enhance campaign effectiveness across CRM channels. You'll work closely with product leaders and the CRM data team to expand complex automated campaigns, drive digital marketing and CRM innovation, and lead a team to ensure flawless execution and continuous improvement in our marketing efforts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Design and implement integrated and personalized omnichannel marketing plans to drive customer engagement.
Manage and innovate CRM channels (email, push, SMS) for flawless execution of communications and conversion strategy.
Develop and expand complex automated and scheduled campaigns, ensuring proper implementation and personalization.
Champion digital marketing and CRM innovation, leveraging data for personalized communications.
Report on campaign performance, identify new KPIs, and mentor a team focused on project prioritization and execution..
Must have Skills
Proven experience in CRM strategy and campaign management across email/mobile channels.
Strong capability in data analysis for campaign personalization and orchestration.
Excellent team leadership and project management skills, with a focus on mentoring talent.
Industry Experience Required
Experience with enterprise-level marketing cloud solutions and CRM technology. Knowledge of Braze, Movable Ink, or Stensul is highly desirable.
Previous involvement in large, complex retention marketing campaigns within digital marketing domain
