Full-time, Onsite, M-F 8AM - 5PM. Branch Location: Hackensack, NJ. Base Salary 64k + Uncapped Commissions.

Your Typical Day Includes
No two days are the same! You’ll spend your time reaching out to potential clients, visiting local industrial sites to understand their operations, and building long-term partnerships. You’ll be the bridge between businesses that need help and the recruiting team that finds the talent. You’ll also learn the "business" side of sales - balancing competitive pricing with great service to ensure a profitable territory.
Your Responsibilities Include
Building Connections:
Turning "cold" introductions into "warm" relationships with local business owners in the Hackensack, NJ market.
Winning the Day:
Staying motivated to hit daily outreach goals and monthly sales targets.
Collaborating with Experts:
Partnering with our internal recruiters to make sure the "perfect match" happens for our clients.
Being the Face of the Brand:
Providing world‑class service to your clients so they never want to work with anyone else.
Managing Your Path:
Using our tech tools to stay organized, track your progress, and plan your next big win.
Your Background (No Corporate Experience Required!)
