Digital Advertising Strategist (Hybrid)

E-Power Marketing, Oshkosh, WI, United States

Salary min: $70,000.00

Salary max: $100,000.00

We’re looking for a Digital Advertising Strategist to lead paid media strategy and performance across client accounts, with a focus on driving measurable business results. This is someone who recognizes that platforms are increasingly automated, and the real advantage comes from better data, stronger creative, and smarter strategy. Someone who pays attention to what’s changing, tests constantly, and pushes past surface‑level metrics to understand what’s actually working.

You’ll own advertising strategy, execution, and performance across key accounts, across platforms like Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, and more, turning client goals into measurable results.

This role is fully remote, with optional access to our riverfront office in Oshkosh, WI. Team members meet in person once a month for collaboration, so applicants must live within 200 miles of Oshkosh.

Develop full‑funnel approaches that connect awareness, consideration, and conversion efforts

Align campaign strategy to business outcomes, not just platform metrics

Analyze performance across channels and identify what is actually driving results

Strategic Thinking:

Advertising strategies go beyond the basics and focus on what actually drives performance, including data inputs, creative strategy, and audience signals.

Curiosity & Problem Solving:

You test ideas, challenge assumptions, and keep pushing for better answers instead of settling for what’s working. You identify patterns, shifts, and opportunities early, and take action without waiting for direction.

You are naturally driven to understand what actually drives results, not just execute tasks. You ask thoughtful questions and challenge assumptions.

You Own the Outcome:

You have a strong sense of ownership over performance. You look one step ahead, spot issues early, and step in to fix them rather than stepping back.

All‑In Energy:

You show up fully present and prepared. You take responsibility for your energy, ensuring it elevates the team, and you treat our flexible/remote environment with the utmost professionalism.

In Learning Mode:

You are comfortable testing, failing, and refining. You are open to feedback, assume positive intent in conversations, and are committed to continuous improvement for yourself and the agency.
