We’re looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist who enjoys the work and wants to get really good at it. This is someone early in their career who is curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn how advertising actually works, not just how to run campaigns.

You’ll support strategy, execute campaigns, and stay closely connected to performance across platforms like Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and more. You’ll work alongside senior team members to build, optimize, and improve campaigns while developing a deeper understanding of what drives results. This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, with growing exposure to strategy over time.

This role is fully remote, with optional access to our riverfront office in Oshkosh, WI. Team members meet in person once a month for collaboration, so applicants must live within 200 miles of Oshkosh.

Core Responsibilities
Execution & Campaign Management

Build, launch, and manage campaigns across major ad platforms (Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, etc.)

Implement campaign structures, targeting, budgets, and creative based on strategic direction

Monitor campaign performance regularly and make optimizations to improve results

Ensure campaigns are set up accurately

Performance & Optimization

Analyze campaign performance and identify trends, issues, and opportunities

Make ongoing optimizations across bids, audiences, creative, and structure

Stay connected to results after launch and adjust based on performance

Support testing efforts and learn how changes impact outcomes

Take responsibility for outcomes, not just execution

Innovation & Evolution

Stay curious and knowledgeable on how advertising platforms are evolving

Test new approaches across creative, targeting inputs, bidding strategies, and campaign structures

Assist in research around audiences, competitors, and industry trends

Contribute ideas and observations based on performance data

Learn how campaigns connect to broader marketing strategy and business goals

Support senior team members in refining and executing strategies

Collaboration & Influence

Work closely with Advertising Strategists and Account Managers to execute campaigns effectively

Communicate clearly on performance updates, changes, and questions

Support team discussions with insights and observations

Be open to feedback and actively apply it to improve your work

Work closely with creative teams to develop, test, and refine messaging that drives performance

Growth & Opportunity

What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Skills

1–4 years of experience in digital advertising, marketing, or a related field

Familiarity with at least one major ad platform (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

Basic understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and performance metrics

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Comfort working with data and performance metrics

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ($55,000–$70,000, depending on experience), plus a profit‑sharing program with monthly rewards, quarterly bonuses, and an end‑of‑year bonus tied to agency performance.
