Business Development Representative

The primary focus of the Business Development Representative is to secure high-quality appointments with C-level executives for our C-level representatives through targeted outreach, including email and onsite visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and prioritize target accounts and key decision-makers within those accounts.
Assist in developing and implementing outbound strategies to initiate first-stage conversations with targeted C-level executives.
Manage and execute email campaigns, including developing email lists, crafting compelling messages, and tracking response rates.
Schedule and confirm sales meetings between the prospect's C-level and FUSE3's C-level executives.
Manage and maintain CRM data to accurately track leads, appointments, and follow-up activities.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies based on data and feedback.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual appointment-setting targets.
Nurture lost opportunities and targeted prospect lists
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

Work in a team and communicate effectively
Maintain a positive and proactive attitude
Develop in-depth knowledge of the service catalog and how it relates to the prospect's needs
Business awareness: specific knowledge of the prospect and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals
Regularly document processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
Responsible for entering time and expenses in ConnectWise as they occur
Maintain certifications required for the position
Qualification:

Interpersonal skills, such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer care
Comfortably discuss technical issues and offer suggested solutions
Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly
Ability to de-escalate the situation
Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
Managed Service Provider experience is highly desired
