The VP of Marketing Field Enablement will lead a team in developing, executing, and optimizing strategic initiatives that empower Wealth Management field leadership and financial advisors with the tools, resources, and education needed to grow their businesses. This role serves as the critical bridge between marketing and the field, setting the strategy and direction for field enablement while acting as the voice of advisors to ensure marketing deliverables meet their evolving needs. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in leveraging marketing as a growth accelerator for advisor practices and excels at cross‑functional partnership.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Strategic Leadership & Field Partnership

Set the strategic direction for field enablement initiatives that support advisors and field leadership in acquiring, developing, and retaining clients (includes collateral, events, local marketing etc.)

Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with field leadership, sales organization, and business partners to ensure alignment with field goals and priorities

Partner across the wealth marketing team to integrate field insights into campaign development, ensuring marketing strategies address real advisor needs

Serve as the feedback loop for the field, gathering intelligence on the collateral, tools, and resources advisors need to succeed and translating these insights into actionable marketing initiatives

Stay informed of business initiatives through ongoing partnership with sales enablement, communications, field coaching, training, and education teams

Oversee the creation and maintenance of sales collateral based on field needs and feedback, ensuring materials are current, compliant, and effectively support advisor conversations with clients and prospects; align story delivery with B2B marketing initiatives and work collaboratively to incorporate messaging into field‑facing materials

Go‑To‑Market Execution & Operational Excellence

Organize team for effective execution of Go‑To‑Market plan deliverables, including defining requirements, coordinating timelines, removing roadblocks, and managing compliance and legal review processes

Facilitate seamless hand‑offs between teams for execution of campaigns, events, and sponsorships in partnership with functional marketing team members

Provide tactical and customized marketing support aligned with the client marketing support model, working closely with functional areas of marketing

Understand and track departmental measurements and KPIs based on overall business goals, ensuring the team delivers measurable impact

Client Event & Hospitality Strategy and Execution

Develop a robust event & hospitality strategy to engage prospects and client on various Wealth and lifestyle topics with objective of conversion, retention, engagement

Work with Product and Content teams to enhance and scale the variety of content for events to increase engagement

Work with Analytics team to collect data on events and hospitality and develop robust ROI model as well as predictive model for invitations

Lead team to execute on event and hospitality program

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, manage, and develop a team of five professionals, providing clear direction, regular feedback, and career development opportunities

Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in team composition and collaborative efforts

Build team capabilities in advisor engagement, marketing strategy, and cross‑functional partnership

8+ years of marketing experience

Experience working with Wealth Management Advisors

Preferred Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

7-10 years of experience in field enablement, sales enablement, and/or marketing roles

Proven track record of supporting field organizations through effective marketing strategies and tools

Deep understanding of financial advisors, the sales process, and how marketing fuels advisor growth and practice development

Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations

Exceptional project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels

Experience managing and developing teams

Experience in financial services, insurance, or highly regulated industries

Familiarity with advisor practice management and client relationship strategies

Experience with marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, and enablement tools

Base Pay Range
$170,000/yr – $235,000/yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non‑annual sales incentive plans, or other non‑annual incentive plans).
