A company is looking for a Retention Creative Designer who will manage the visual execution of retention channels to engage the community and drive repeat purchases.
Key Responsibilities
Design all email creative, including promotional campaigns and automated flow templates
Produce SMS-compatible imagery and push notification visuals for lifecycle moments
Analyze performance data to inform ongoing design decisions and maintain a modular email design system
Required Qualifications
3 or more years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio in email and CRM creative
Deep understanding of email design best practices, including mobile-first layout and accessibility
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with Klaviyo or a comparable ESP
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver polished work under tight timelines
