- This person will create email campaigns
- They will assist with the successful creation and deployment of booked-guest email campaigns in a consistent effort to drive pre-travel product bookings and increase email engagement through personalization tactics
- Consolidating information to make sure the marketing communicates a specific message
- Does not need to be a developer but should know how the code works
- They use AmpScript currently but they will accept experience with other tools such as cheetah digital or acoustic
- minimum 1 year of experience creating and executing email campaigns using SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Cheetah Digital, Acoustic, or comparable email service providers.
- Help troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, email opt-outs, and other aspects of email execution, as needed.
- Help coordinate the Pre-Travel email A/B test execution in collaboration with the Business Intelligence team and creative agency.
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products (especially Photoshop and Illustrator).
- Experience managing creative assets with an agency or an internal creative team.
- Cruise industry ideal or hotel/parks/hospitality background
