Role Overview
Strategic Partnerships Analysts in venture capital support investment and platform teams by developing, evaluating, and managing relationships with external partners , including corporations, accelerators, ecosystem operators, service providers, and portfolio-support organizations.
The role sits at the intersection of venture investing, business development, and ecosystem strategy , working closely with partners, founders, and internal investment professionals to enhance deal flow, portfolio value creation, and firm visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and support strategic partnerships with accelerators, incubators, corporates, universities, and ecosystem organizations
Assist in building and maintaining relationships that enhance deal sourcing and portfolio support initiatives
Conduct market and ecosystem research to identify partnership opportunities aligned with the firm’s investment strategy
Support due diligence on potential partners, including strategic fit, value creation potential, and long‑term alignment
Help design and execute partnership programs, pilot initiatives, and co‑marketing efforts
Track partnership performance metrics and prepare internal reporting and insights
Coordinate with investment teams, platform leaders, and portfolio companies to align partnership activities
Support preparation of materials for internal investment committees, LP updates, and external partner communications
Attend industry events, demo days, and ecosystem gatherings to represent the firm and expand its network
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, strategy, marketing, or another relevant analytical discipline
Strong interest in venture capital, startups, and ecosystem‑building through strategic partnerships
Exposure to venture capital, consulting, business development, partnerships, startup operations, or investment‑related roles is a plus
Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder coordination skills
Strong analytical and research capabilities with the ability to assess strategic fit and value creation
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working across internal and external teams
Curious, relationship‑driven, and excited to engage with founders, operators, and partners
