Account Executive

The Account Executive will be responsible for developing a thorough understanding of the Leoforce suite of solutions to efficiently and effectively sell to small and medium businesses. The role will own the full sales cycle, from scheduling appointments and preparing presentations to overcoming objections and achieving sales targets.

Essential Functions

Conduct outbound cold calls to reach decision-makers at small to medium-sized businesses, drive opportunities, and generate interest in Leoforce

Schedule appointments, prepare presentations and proposals, and demonstrate our products to prospective clients

Develop an in-depth knowledge of Leoforce offerings to effectively communicate value propositions and act as a knowledgeable point of contact liaising between internal stakeholders and prospects

Overcome objections throughout the sales cycle to secure the sale

Own the full sales cycle for our products with outbound sales motion

Proactively and continuously seek new business opportunities in the market using various methods such as cold calling and networking

Maintain accurate pipeline and data integrity in tools such as SalesForce, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Strive to meet and exceed established sales targets such as quota

Adapt communication style and medium with prospective customers based on their unique needs

Stay up to date with industry knowledge and trends to effectively position Leoforce against alternatives and continuously enhance our offerings to scale

Work closely with team lead to adapt, present, and execute plans to meet long-term business goals

Consistently propose creative solutions and demonstrate their effectiveness in achieving objectives

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

High school diploma

Experience (current or former) working at a small company (250 employees or less), preferably a startup environment

Experience selling HR Tech, HR Software, SaaS, Staffing Tech, Staffing Software, and/or AI Software

Exceptional verbal and written communication ability including proven ability to develop strong rapport and relationships quickly

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Highly driven with a robust work ethic, adept at working independently and in fast-paced environments

Preferred Requirements

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university

Demonstrated background in outbound sales, 2+ years of experience

1+ year experience with cold calling

Demonstrated history of exceeding quotaExperience in sales management tools, specifically SalesForce

Previous foundational training on sales process and sales methodology

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer in close range

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Travel Requirements

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
