Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager (DSM) leads a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) responsible for in-store execution for a set group of essential customers. The DSM drives sales volume, tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coaches and develops the team.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of ASMs responsible for in-store execution for essential customers
Drive sales volume and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Coach, develop, and support the ASM team
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management
Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals
Valid U.S. driver’s license and DOT medical card
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
English proficiency; additional languages an advantage
Travel 0-10%
