District Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager (DSM) leads a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) responsible for in‑store execution for a set group of essential customers. The DSM drives sales volume, tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coaches and develops the team.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management
Experience supervising account sales professionals
Valid U.S. driver’s license and DOT medical card
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory or advertising displays
English fluency; additional languages an advantage
