District Sales Manager
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager (DSM) leads a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) accountable for in‑store execution for a set group of essential customers. The DSM drives sales volume, tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coaches/develops the team.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) responsible for in‑store execution.
Drive sales volume and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
English proficiency; additional language skills an advantage.
Travel availability 0 – 10%.
