District Sales Manager
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager (DSM) leads a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) responsible for in-store execution for a set group of essential customers. The DSM drives sales volume, tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coaches/develops the team.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Account Sales Managers.

Drive sales volume and meet performance targets.

Track and analyze KPIs to assess team performance.

Develop and coach team members.

Coordinate with the General Sales Manager on progress reports.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.

Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.

Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.

Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.

Proficiency in English; additional languages an advantage.

Travel 0‑10%.

Permanent position.
