District Sales Manager
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager (DSM) leads a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) accountable for in‑store execution with essential customers. The DSM drives sales volume, tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coaches and develops the team.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Account Sales Managers.
Track sales volume, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Coach and develop team members to meet or exceed sales goals.
Ensure in‑store execution meets corporate standards for essential customers.
Requirements
3+ years of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management experience.
Experience supervising account sales professionals.
Valid U.S. driver’s license and DOT medical card.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory or advertising displays.
English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.
Travel 0–10% of the time.
Permanent position, benefits eligible.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $85,000 – $94,000 plus cash incentives (actual offer may vary based on experience).
